Living Things

To me, homes are like bodies. A sacred physical container for our lives. The designs for the Body Collection offer visual interpretations of the movements of breath in the body, from gentle inhales to deep sighs translated into flowing patterns and organic forms, making them the perfect pairing for this project.

As Lauren's body merges with our wallpapers in these images, it raises questions about how we merge with our own spaces. We are stewards of the places we live. They hold us and our lives tightly. Memories and fragrance, dust and static, worn socks and forgotten notes. But they don't belong to us forever. And what happens to those things when we depart? The home will become something else to someone else. What remains?
