Pre-Pasted Removable vs. Traditional Wallpaper

A question we often receive is: "what's the difference between your pre-pasted and your traditional wallpapers?"

Let's shed some light on this.

TL/DR: Both are easily removable in their own right. It comes down to sheen vs. matte, paste included vs. purchasing paste, and $395 vs. $595 for double rolls.

Our pre-pasted removable wallpaper:

• Is like a postage stamp, not like a peel-and-stick sticker. It's easy to reposition on the wall, making the hanging job that much faster for you or your paperhanger.
• Wallpaper requires adhesive. Our pre-pasted comes with the paste included in the product! To activate the paste, you simply wet the back side of the paper then smooth it on the wall. 
• Has a slight sheen to it, whereas our traditional paper is matte. 
• Colors are clear and saturated.
• Easy to remove as long as the wall is primed with wallpaper primer! Simply pull and it will come off the wall in sheets. Again, proper wall prep is key to this great aspect of our pre-pasted removable.

Our traditional nonwoven wallpaper:

• A beautiful matte substrate.
• A more formal, traditional wallpaper feel.
• Requires paste to be purchased. We recommend this paste!
• Easy to hang and simple to remove. Much like our removable paper, traditional nonwoven is also easy to remove! It comes off in sheets as long as the wall has been prepared with wallpaper primer. 
• A familiar substrate for paperhangers, but simple for the DIY-er as well.
