Welcome to another edition of At Home with Brian!

This time he's sharing his current favorite take on the classic champagne cocktail. We're surprised his Holly Jolly cocktail was not bright pink with a side of Pop Rocks, but despite his undying love for super saturated chroma, his cocktails tend to be on the spirit-forward side.

You'll Need:

Champagne or sparkling wine, orange bitters, sugar cubes, Italicus Rosolio de Bergamotto.

To Serve:

Place the sugar cube in the bottom of your coupe or champagne glass. Add a few dashes of bitters to soak the sugar cube, and then 1/4 ounce of the Italicus. Top with ice cold champagne or sparkling wine, and add an orange or lemon twist.
