TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

By accepting membership in this trade program, you agree that you will purchase Flat Vernacular products solely to carry out business with a client, and that you will not purchase Flat Vernacular products for resale to the general public through any commercial outlet including, but not limited to: the Internet; retail stores and printed materials; or elsewhere.

All images, copy, and designs (collectively, "Materials") are either the property of, or used with permission by, Flat Vernacular. The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by Flat Vernacular. Any unauthorized use of the Materials may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. Your membership in the program should not be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, service mark, or other Materials without the written permission of Flat Vernacular or the applicable third party that may own the trademarks, service marks, or Materials. Membership may be denied or terminated at any time, with or without cause, at Flat Vernacular's sole discretion.

As a member of Flat Vernacular's Trade Program you are granted the authority to reproduce images as is required to conduct business with your individual interior design and decorating clients.
